COVID-19 Updates
To our patient family:
Due to safety concerns of our patients and recommendations by the CDC, dsm eye-skywalk has made the decision to reduce our services until the end of March at which time we will re-evaluate.
What are we doing for you, our patients?
Although the physical office will be closed to walk in services, we will be available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, and triage urgent situations, etc. by phone from 9am-3pm M-Thursday, and 9am-1pm of Friday. Subject to change.
Check your contact lens supplies, and if you are getting low, let us know as soon as possible and we will order some for you! If you have had an exam here int he past 14 months, we can order you a 3 month supply until you can get in for a new exam. Please contact us sooner rather than later, because we don’t know how long our distributor will be able to fill orders. We will gladly have them shipped directly to you with no shipping costs.
In regards to contact lens wear. If you become ill, do not wear your contact lenses until you are completely healthy. We advise washing your hands before and after contact lens insertion and removal and recommend that you follow all manufacturer instructions for proper cleaning and disinfection. If you have questions please call.
If you have glasses/contact lenses ordered or ready for pick up we will be available by appointment to dispense them to you. When you receive word that they have arrived, please contact us by phone or text to schedule a time to come in and pick them up. This will reduce the number of people in the clinic to limit potential exposure.
